Vermont Lawmakers Look To Legalize Teen 'Sexting' Under Current Law, Teens Who Text Message Explicit Photos Could Be Prosecuted As Sex Offenders

Lawmakers there are considering a bill that would make it legal for teenagers 18 and under to exchange explicit photos and videos of themselves – an act that's come to be known by teens as "sexting."

Under the current law, teenagers could be prosecuted as sex offenders if they get caught sending graphic sexual images of themselves, even if it was consensual.

Sooooo….the law is TOO stringent, so lets dumb down the law.

Look, I have no problem with the fact that teens want to “Sextext” … and, I don’t agree with the law that makes this a felony child pornography charge…

But…what we need to do is not make a law allowing it.  We need to just remove the charges of Child Pornography if caught!

This is one example of where technology has exceeded the rule of law.

Press Popularity: Bo or Tea Parties?

Its official: the media has officially covered the story about Obommos new dog “BO” more than the tax parties / protests that are going on all over the country.

What a sad day in America indeed.

The liberal media has an agenda – the same one as those who want to see this country fall.

I am saddened as each day passes that our great country is being felled by those whacking at its legs.  It wont be long now…I just hope that I live long enough to get the hell out of this place.
