Al Gore broke from his intense basket weaving effort this week to raise his ground hog head from the ground to be heard:
"A special counsel should be immediately appointed by the attorney general to remedy the obvious conflict of interest that prevents him from investigating what many believe are serious violations of law by the president," Gore said.
He then goes on to say, "A president who breaks the law is a threat to the very structure of our government."
Al baby? What football game were you watching during your 8 years in the office of Vice President?
Last time I checked, your illustrious Slick Willy broke the law when he lied under oath, just to name a few.
And now, Gore is going to try to capture the headlines from the sidelines, and proclaim that an investigation needs to be initiated?
Wait. An ex-vice president has what type of power after serving in office? Let me think. Oh, there must be something he can do. No, actually, he has absolutely no voice or power, except of course, from his royalties he gets for inventing the internet.
Gore. Please ride your pony off into the sunset in Tennessee, please?
