I can’t help but support what conservative talk show host Michael Savage claims about Liberalism - “A Mental Disorder.”
How can you doubt it at this point?
Glenn Beck’s rally this weekend in DC was nothing but a huge success. For the first time in American History, CONSERVATIVES moved and rallied for something they believe in — Honor, Faith, and Charity.
But the liberal media and pundits didn’t quite see it for what the Rally stood for.
The biggest misconception is that this was a “tea party rally.” Beck’s Rally had nothing what so ever to do with the Tea Party, except that there is a huge following of Tea Party members of Glenn Beck. I don’t think the word “tea party” was mentioned once. Nor was there any official delegate present at the rally from the Tea Party movement.
Then we have those who claim that Beck was “poo pooing” MLK’s “I Have a Dream” anniversary. Again, this rally had nothing to do with the date of King’s original speech back in 1963 — Beck chose the date then later realized it was the same date that MLK spoke at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
But if you sit back and watch the liberal news outlets this weekend, you will see that they are absolutely INCENSED — absolute hatred — toward Beck and the people who attended the rally. We have everything from “KKK” to “Terrorists” being used to describe the attendees.
Well, I have to tell you that even though I was unable to attend, I am not KKK, nor am I a Terrorist. I am not a bigot. I am not racially motivated. I am not prejudice against any race. And, I can say that I speak for 99.99% of the people that attended the rally.
Then we have the personal accusations against Beck — that he is motivated by money, ratings, and a hatred for a Black President. I wont even comment on this. It doesn’t deserve my attention.
What makes a liberal tick?
My parents are liberals. I don’t think they realize they are liberals except for the fact that my dad, a 40 year union bull, will vote for whomever the Union tells him to vote for. My mother votes based on what my father does, or if the candidate is handsome or not. Yes, that was her reason for voting for Clinton.
Since I was “reborn” as a conservative about 20 years ago, I have tried to understand my father’s perspective. But, I have stopped trying, because I usually get the same old argument — the Unions are responsible for what he had — a good paying job with great benefits.
Ok, well, I can tell him that there are millions of other Americans who are NOT union, yet still enjoy the same.
It turns into an argument, and I usually leave in disgust.
But it still amazes me that Liberals believe that spending ourselves into oblivion is going to somehow magically fix the growing deficit and the enormous debt that this liberal congress has imposed on my children. It just isnt going to happen that way, liberals.
I don’t know if God has given me a gift, but I can sense a liberal in a room full of people. Line everyone up, let them speak for 10 seconds, and I can generally pinpoint them with deadly accuracy.
So when I hear the liberal news outlets just spewing lies and disinformation, I just go absolutely insane!
Or, is it we Conservatives who are suffering from the Mental Disorder?
