Bush tries balancing act on illegal immigration

If there were one issue that I completely disagree with, it is Bush's protection of illegal immigrants.

 

The border between the USA and MEXICO is a colander!

 

Anyone with half a brain, and in this case, true, can illegally enter our country, and return safely to Mexico effortlessly.

 

My god.  If I was a terrorist, and wanted to enter the USA illegally, that's the way I would go.  Hell, don't bother looking for middle eastern looking characters either.  A Mexican can do well for his family, and his children's children, for a little bit of money to strap a bomb in his back pack and make way for the closest Starbucks north of the border.

 

Mr. President, WAKE UP!  We are at war with an enemy that is determined to kill as many Americans as they can.  They will stop at nothing, and until you button down the hatch, and seal up the boarders, you are placing me, my family, and everyone else in direct danger.

 

What is it going to take?  Please, don't even make me suggest that a Democratic President is the answer.  The last time "they" were in office, we lost several hard drives from the Los Alamos Laboratory.  Remember that?  Under Rug Swept, says Alanis Morrisette.  (Thanks Alanis -- Miss ya baby...)
